About The Paddo Arms
The Paddington Arms Hotel fits any occasion – whether that it is dinner in our restaurant, a casual after work drink on our deep, inviting couches or a celebration in our designated function room upstairs with a fully stocked bar.
Mouth-watering and innovating British and Irish inspired dishes have been created under the watchful eye of executive chef Collin Fassnidge from the highly acclaimed Four in Hand restaurant and head chef Neil Thompson. Colin is known for his trademark nose to tail cooking.
Originally from England Neil established his early career in the kitchens of London including the Ivy, and Bistrot Deluxe to name but a few. On arriving in Sydney Neil worked at both the Tilbury Hotel and the Four in Hand, where a residual relationship with Colin was built through their mutual love of the finest and fresh produce, inspiring their modern take on authentic British and Irish cuisine.
Restaurant
Our restaurant is nestled at the back of the hotel and once inside you’re greeted by plush and accommodating booths able to seat a large group or an intimate dinner for two. Timber beams, exposed brick and ambient lighting hanging from the high ceiling are a throwback to the styles of old English bars. With a modern and lush twist through our recent renovations; our hearty and home-style cooked dishes served in this English inspired atmosphere is sure to indulge your tastebuds and guarantee a sensation for the palate every time.
